How do I pay for service?

Payment is due at time of service. If you are not home when service is being rendered, we ask that you leave payment in predetermined area. If payment is not available Integrity Cleaning will contact customer to make arrangements. We accept Check or Cash.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we need 24 hours notice. Please call us as soon as you become aware that there will be a change so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Must I be home when you clean my home?

No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preference.

How will you enter my home for cleaning?

Integrity Cleaning must be able to access your home to provide cleaning service. We will leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. Any gate codes must be given if customer will not be home on cleaning visits.

  • You may be at home to let us in.
  • You may give us a key.
  • Integrity Cleaning can leave a Real Estate Lock Box  for your key, which stays at your home.
  • Garage Touch Pads are also great access.

If I can't be home, what do I do about my pets?

Most pets become quickly familiar with us and we do not have a problem with them being in the home while we clean. However, some animals may become upset when we enter the residence, and some animals are known to bite. Please be sure to keep these pets in their cages, outside or in a room that we are not cleaning. If you have pets that must remain indoors please inform us prior to cleanings.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, at Integrity Cleaning we take pride in our work. If for any reason you are not happy with any area we've cleaned, just call us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it free of charge.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies or products?

No, our service includes all labor, supplies and equipment necessary to perform the required cleaning.

What if something is damaged or broken?

We treat your home with the greatest of care however should an accident occur Integrity Cleaning will replace, repair or reimburse damaged or broken item(s).
